So what happens when you purchase your service?
First, one of our engineers will email you to confirm an ideal date for deployment of your service and what emails you would like backup reports to be sent too.
In most cases we can begin deployment in as little as 30 minutes!
Our engineer will need to be connected to all of the computer(s) / server(s) that you have selected for backups. They will instruct you on how to connect them when they give you a call at the agreed upon date of deployment.
We will install all required software and connect your backups on our cloud infrastructure. That's all done.
The first backup
This backup always takes the longest. Our software will have to index, encrypt and transfer a full backup. Depending on the amount of data, your computer or server hardware and your internet connection, this can take multiple days! (Most average about 6 - 7 hours)
Following backups will be incremental and will not take nearly as long.
