In the message please provide as much detail as possible about what the issue is and how it has impacted you.

Once submitted a member of our team will contact you to confirm the receipt of the complaint.

A senior manager will be assigned to look into your issue right away. They will gather and review al information relevant to the case.

After reviewing what has went wrong, we can take corrective action to resolve any issues and provide additional information.

Compensation, service upgrades, discounts or in extreme scenarios, fee free contract terminations are all possible outcomes of a complaint review.
