When adding services, contact numbers and number transfers, you are shown a breakdown of how much your service will cost.
Your account works on a prepaid model, you can deposit a minimum of £5. All service fees are deducted from your account balance. All services renew on the 1st of the month. You are charged a proportion of the service price, based on how many days are left until renewal.
If your balance is lower than your service renewal date, services will be suspended. You can setup auto-pay.
Bank transfer and card payments accepted. Visa + Mastercard accepted. 1.5% + £0.20 surcharge on card payments.
